1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene isomerization catalyst
The LST type 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene isomerization catalyst is an excellent catalyst for the aluminum-deficient hydrogen type mordenite to which molybdenum and nickel are added.
The catalyst can fully utilized catalytic reforming of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons, produce mesitylene by isomerization of 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, and Rationally utilize the process route of reforming heavy aromatics, such improving the economic efficiency of the catalytic reforming device and achieving uniform industrial production. The purpose of toluene meets the needs of petrochemical development.

Third, raw material characteristics and process conditions
- Meta-trimethylbenzene raw material:: purity ≥ 96%, industrial grade.
- The hydrogen oil ratio is generally about 1000 (v).
- For the isomerization of meta-trimethylbenzene to obtain mesitylene, the initial reaction temperature is preferably between 240-260 ° C, and the normal reaction temperature is 260-300 ° C. In order to simultaneously produce xylene, mesitylene and1,2,4,5-Tetramethylbenzene (Durene) from the raw material 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, the initial temperature is preferably between 280 and 300 ° C, and the normal reaction temperature is between 300 and 350 ° C.
- The volumetric space velocity is 1.0 h-1.
Fourth, packaging and storage
Packed in clean, dry, sealed paper drums or iron drums with a net weight of 25kg per drum. Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid exposure and rain. Transport should avoid violent collisions to prevent damage.
