Hydrofining Catalyst for Diesel

-1. Introduction
Catalyst DZD-1 is a new type of hydrofining catalyst. It is mainly used for hydrofining diesel by hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and hydrodearomatization (HDA) to meet environment protection requirements. The feedstocks include LCO, CGO, or the mixture thereof. Quality diesel can be produced with catalyst DZD-1.

-2. Catalytic activity
(1) Operation conditions: pressure 6~10 MPa, temperature 300-390 degree celsius, H2/oil ratio 350~800:1, and LHSV 2.0~3.0 h-1.
(2) Feedstocks: LCO, CGO, or their mixture thereof,
(3) Product: fine diesel.

-3. Industrial Application
The catalyst has been used in the Oil Refining Unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company with a total capacity of 0.7 Mt/a. Up to now, the results have been excellent.
