-1. Introduction
Hydrofining catalyst LS3963 is a molecular sieve catalyst with high crystallinity and high density of acid sites for improving LCO quality to get fine diesel with high cetane number. The diesel yield is greater than 95%. With hydrofining catalyst 3963, the hydrogen consumption is low and diesel yield is high. Catalyst 3963 has been very popular in the markets.
-2. Catalytic activity
Good catalytic activity for hydrodesulfurization (HDS), hydrodenitrogenation (HDN), and gums removal. The HDN rate and HDS rate are both over 95%.
The color and stability of the diesel have been improved greatly.
Diesel cetane number is enhanced by?10 units.
-3. Application
This catalyst has been applied in diesel hydroprocessing unit for processing coker diesel, LCO or the mixed thereof, to produce high quality low freezing diesel in Daqing Petrochemical Company.
