Arsenic removal agent
1. Product introduction
Arsenic is a hazardous substance in the processing of petroleum. A small amount of arsenic in the feedstock can poison the cracking catalyst. In particular, precious metal catalysts such as palladium and platinum are more sensitive to arsenic. The active component containing large pore size and high specific area area has a strong adsorption effect on arsenic in naphtha after modification, and can effectively remove arsenic in naphtha raw material.
The LSAR-1 arsenic removal agent has a large pore size of 50 nm to prevent gel blocking, in addition to a large amount of suitable arsenic removal channels below 15 nm. The LSAR-1 arsenic removal agent can be used to recover the adsorption activity better.
2. Application range
Direct cracking of naphtha with higher arsenic content will affect the ethylene yield and the defocusing rate, and cause poisoning of the hydrogenation catalyst and polyethylene and polypropylene catalyst in the subsequent apparatus. Therefore, for naphtha with a high amount of arsenic as a raw material for ethylene, it is necessary to carry out the pretreatment.
The arsenic removal catalyst LSAR-1 produced by our company can remove arsenic from Daqing naphtha with arsenic content greater than 2580ppm, which can reduce arsenic to below 30ppm.
