C5C6 paraffin isomerization catalyst
-
Introduction:
C5C6 paraffin isomerization catalyst is a kind of special catalyst which is used for promoting the octane number of straight-run gasline(C5C6) components. Dealumnization hydrogen mordenite as the catalyst’s carrier, carried with precious metal. Under the condition of the hydrogen, C5C6 straight key alkane of the stright-run gasonline components run the
isomerization reaction, produce clean and high octane number gasoline with superior quality.
The results of industrial experiment indicate that once the gasoline pass through C5C6 paraffin isomerization catalyst, thegasoline octane number could raise 8-10 unites, reach the value of 80-83.Besides, the liquid yield could be above 97%, the reaction temperature could reach 240-280℃, operation pressure could reach 2.0MPA, space velocity could reach 1.0h-1, Hydrogen oil ratio could reach 4 mol.

Packing and storage:
Use carton box or steel drums (keep clean, dry and seal). The net weight of each drum is 25kg. Storage in dry and ventilative warehouse, avoid expose to the sun and rain. During the process of delivery, should avoid violent collision which may cause damage.
