-Introduction
LS-UDS hydrofining catalyst is a new generation catalyst used for the deep hydrodesulfurization of diesel with high efficiency. The catalyst features a carrier that is novel modified alumina with large pore volume and large specific surface area. With active metal components adjusted and impregnation method improved, the catalyst has excellent catalytic activity for hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and hydrodenitrogenation (HDN), good stability, high strength, excellent adaptability to feedstocks, etc. The reactions are carried out under mild conditions. The product quality can meet European III and European IV emission standards. By adjusting operation conditions, this catalyst can also be used for producing zero sulfur content diesel. It is an ideal catalyst for the production of clean diesel and can be used for processing various types of feedstocks.

a) Operation conditions: Hydrogen partial pressure 6.5~11.0MPa, initial temperature 270~330 Deg C, H2/oil volume ratio 300~600:1, LHSV 1.5~2.5 /h.
b) Feedstocks: High sulfur diesel, LCO, Coker diesel mixed oil, etc.
c) Product: Low sulfur content diesel
