NMDH-1 Hydrorefining Catalyst is made with the carrier of the modified sulfuric acid γ-Al2O3, the active component of Mo-Ni and total immersion. With a special assistant during processing, it make the concentrating distribution for the chip stacking layers of the active components in the 2-4 layers, has moreⅡactive central positions and higher activity of hydrodesulfurization for DMDBT and other sulfides to remove sulfur difficultly. This catalyst is applicable to the hydrorefining of coked diesel, straight-run diesel, catalytic diesel, coked gasoline and other mixed oils.

 3. Applying conditions

(1) Material: Straight-run diesel, coked diesel, catalytic diesel, coked gasoline and other mixed oil.

(2) Operating pressure: 4.0~15.0Mpa

(3) Applicable temperature: 250~400℃

(4) Liquid airspeed: 1.0~3.0h-1

4. Package, transportation and storage

NMDH-1 Hydrorefining Catalyst is packed in the hard fiber cans with covers and inner plastic bags. It has the name, net weight, batch No. and production date on the outside of cans. It will be covered and kept from damp, strong vibration and strong impacting. It is forbidden to roll and throw the catalyst barrels during transportation and handling. It should be stored in the dry and ventilated storehouses and payed attention to moisture-proof. It is forbidden to contact with acids and the hazardous substances of alkali chemical reagent to avoid affecting the activity of catalyst.
