Pyrolysis Gasoline 1st Stage Hydrogenation Catalyst
1. Introduction
Catalyst LSDLI-1 is used for hydrofining pyrolysis gasoline to stablize the gasoline by the hydrogenation of triple bonds and double bonds, and to remove impurities including S, N, and O from the gasoline through hydrodesulfurization (HDS), hydrodenitrogenation (HDN), and hydrodeoxygenation (HDO). The product is good for extracting arenes
2. Catalyst activity
(1) Technical conditions: Reaction pressure≥ 4.5Mpa, H2/oil ratio (volume) is 100: 1, LHSV is 3.0~4.0h-1 (for the fresh material), recycle ratio 3~1: 1(cycle oil; fresh material), inlet temperature 40~90 degree Celsius, and H2 purity≥ 85%.
(2) Feedstock: Distillation range≤ 60~180 degree Celsius, colloidal matter≤ 10mg/100ml oil, As≤ 50ppm, bromine value≤ 77gBr2/100g oil, dienes≤ 24g I/100g oil
(3) Product: Dienes≤ 2.0g I/100g oil
