Grease powder hydrogenation catalyst

Grease powder hydrogenation catalyst

1.Product Introduction
LS-86 powder hydrogenation catalyst is a high-performance nickel-based hydrogenation catalyst jointly developed by our company and the Institute of Chemical Industry, which is suitable for the hydrotreating of raw materials in batch tank reaction processes. The product has a large specific surface area and can provide a large number of catalytic active centers; the density and particle size are small, and the catalyst has good diffusion performance in the reaction system. Its performance is comparable to that of precious metal catalysts, meeting the needs of customers for quality improvement and value-added, and the product performance has reached the international advanced level.

2. Product indicators and display

3. the scope of application
At present, LS-86 catalyst has been used in the hydrogenation and upgrading of primary raw materials such as C5/C9/DCPD petroleum resin, high molecular polymer, animal/vegetable oils and fats, and the products are used in many domestic hydrogenation enterprises. It can replace Raney nickel for unsaturated compounds, such as alkenes, alkynes, nitriles, diolefins, aromatic hydrocarbons, and carbonyl-containing substances. It is widely used in fine chemicals such as medicine, pesticides, dyes, oils, spices, synthetic fibers, etc. application.

4. packaging, storage and transportation

This product is packed in a 200L iron drum, lined with a bag/tinfoil paper sealed. The shelf life is 2 years.

5. Technical Service

According to customer requirements, we can provide timely high-quality technical services, including catalyst use, start-up site guidance and waste catalyst recovery solutions. Provide timely technical support for actual on-site problems such as device raw materials and process changes.
