Light Hydrocarbon Non-hydrogen Reforming Isomerization Catalyst

The NHLI-1 light hydrocarbon non-hydrogen reforming isomerization catalyst is a new catalyst developed by our company, which is aimed at the the cycloalkyl class straight-run gasoline and the feedstock oil with less n-alkanes and more cyclic hydrocarbons. It can enhance the aromatization function. The catalyst can promote the low-octane gasoline distillate to the high-value LPG and high octane gasoline by the catalytic process of isomerization, cyclization, and aromatics. The catalyst has a wide adaptability. It can process field condensate, refinery topped oil and other low-quality light oil. The octane number of the produced gasoline can reach more than 85. The catalyst has high LPG and gasoline yields, low dry gas and coke yields. It especially suits the small and medium refinery unit as the processing devices are easy and the investments are low.

Industry Application

NHLI-1 catalyst is not only suitable for naphthenic straight-run gasoline but also for paraffin straight-run gasoline and naphthenic 2# light hydrocarbon mixed feedstock oil.

Under the condition of nonhydrodewaxing, it can modify gasoline fractions and increase the octane number of gasoline to 85 or more. The using period of NHLI-1 is 90 days, and the life-span is about 6 periods (18 months).

Reaction temperature 320-420°C, reaction quality velocity 0.25-0.32, regeneration temperature not more than 500°C.
